B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Michigan Technological University - Cum Laude

 

George has over 30 years of experience in the design and implementation of HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of projects including commercial, educational (primary, secondary and post secondary), health care, industrial, government and residential including several LEED projects.

  • Registered Engineer in Arizona, California, and Nevada

  • Associate Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE)

  • Member of the National Society of Professional Engineers

  • Member of the National Society of Plumbing Engineers

Jordan Roelfs, P.E.

VICE PRESIDENT

B.S. Mechanical Engineering, University of Iowa

 

Jordan has over 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of HVAC and Plumbing systems for a variety of projects including commercial, educational (primary, secondary and post-secondary), health care, industrial, government and residential markets.

Jason Hocking, LEED AP BD+C

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

 

Jason has over 20 years of experience in plumbing and mechanical design, project management, AutoCAD and Revit management. 

Chad Rambo

PLUMBING DESIGNER

 

Chad has been in the mechanical and plumbing design field since 1992, holding an Associates Degree in Architecture from AAI. Chad has extensive experience designing plumbing systems for commercial spaces, golf course clubhouses, resorts, fire stations, offices, retail, education, and residential projects. 

 

Perry Nicolopoulos, E.I.T.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER IN TRAINING

 

Perry has been with the firm since graduating from Arizona State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Since then he has passed the Engineer in Training Exam and is on his way to becoming a registered professional engineer.  Perry has been providing mechanical design and is proficient in AutoCAD.

Tirth Patel

MECHANICAL & PLUMBING DESIGNER

 

Tirth has over ten years of experience in mechanical and plumbing design and Revit modeling. Since becoming an international member of the team he has become an invaluable asset.

 

Carly Josephs

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

 

Carly has been with the firm on and off since 2014 while attending high school and college. Since graduating with a BA in Digital Culture from ASU she has been handling the firms advertising and administrative duties, keeping her father’s company in the family.
